Yeri Cho

Yeri Cho is an Associate Professor of Management at the University of La Verne’s College of Business and Public Management. She received her PhD in Organizational Behavior from University of Southern California. Her research addresses how holding or lacking power and status affects people’s behaviors and what improves negotiation outcomes. She has published articles in top-tier academic journals including Journal of Applied Psychology and Journal of Experimental Social Psychology.
